Dear Club Presidents:
I hope you all enjoyed the holiday season and I wish you all a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year!
With the New Year comes the responsibility of club presidents to file their club reports. This is the time to share and BRAG about your clubs accomplishments. Now is the time to meet with your Department Chairman to discuss all the programs and projects your club participated in over the past year. Gather the information and then fill out the reporting forms and send them off to the appropriate people.
ANNUAL REPORTING PERIOD: JAN. 1, 2008 TO DEC. 31, 2008
ALL CLUB REPORTS ARE DUE TO STATE CHAIRMAN ON FEBRUARY 15th
